Choose your rental period online, place your booking, and Twistboxes will be shipped directly to your home or a pickup point. Once your rental period is over, simply pack it back into the included return packaging and send it back using the provided return label.

Twistboxes is normally shipped 2–3 business days before your selected rental start date to ensure you have time to prepare before your trip.

After your rental, roll up Twistboxes, place it back in the same packaging it arrived in, attach the included return label and hand it over to the shipping carrier according to the provided instructions.

If your rental period is less than 14 days the return shipping label is included. Otherwise the return label will be send out to your e-mail around a week before the end date. Some carriers support QR codes for returns. In that case, the code will only be sent via email and should be shown when you hand over the return to the carrier.

Yes, we kindly ask you to return Twistboxes in clean and normal condition. Hand washing is recommended if needed.

Clean the box inside and out with lukewarm water and a mild soap. Use a soft cloth or sponge to avoid scratches. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry completely before rolling up for storage.

Avoid machine washing, bleach, solvents, or hot-air drying.
